I ordered lunch for my job, we are literally 1.7 miles away. Well an hour went by and we still never received our food. We called a few times and each time they said “we are on the way”. If you want better service do not order delivery. They will charge your card and give you a hard time about getting your food.

If I could give 0 stars for service, I would. I ordered a meal that came up to $40. My husband went to pick it up, asked was everything correct, and was told by the owner that it was. When he made it home, we were missing our fried rice! I called and explained weekday happened and was asked what they could do. I said that they could give me some of my money back for their mishap and for me having to drive all the way back. She said no they would only give me the rice. I asked could she upgrade the rice to a vegetable fried and was told no. She continued to argue for over 7 minutes because she did not want to offer adequate compensation for their mistake. When I got there, she did not give me what was promised over the phone. I will not be going there again.

They messed up our order and charged us still for full price. We were supposed to get the Happy Family with all of the meats and a lobster tail, but only got the shrimp and chicken. When we asked about it, she came back with one lobster tail barely cut into 3 equal pieces when all 3 of us were supposed to have gotten one. We will not be going back.

Food is good , but the last 2 times I ordered TakeOut they gave me the WRONG ORDER.Ordered fragrant triple and had NO CHICKEN AND NO BEEF!!! SOME FRAGRANT “Triple”. !!!!

I bought sushi and the rice wasnt flavored (sushi rice is usually seasoned they just used plain rice) the sushi roll was coming apart and I got 4 pieces of sushi👈 (how do you do that one). They want a buck for yum yum sauce. I ordered shrimp fried rice with one shrimp that they chopped up ...the chicken was not fresh as if they got it from a freezer grocery store...$26.00 wasted ...totally

Delicious and a wonderful experience. Couldnt even finish my food there was so much. Waitresses and the owners are all sweet caring people. Loved it. Cant wait to go again.

Food was AMAZING i ordered the vegetable lo mein &Tofu in Brown sauce, the food had great flavor and was fresh to order. I am just sad I don't live close to this resturant. I live in the city and none of the chinese restaurants in Atlanta or Decatur can compete with CHOPSTIX.

Food is always amazing at such a great price. They automatically give you coupons the more you order online as well so he an eye out for that. Staff is nothing but friendly and catering. Both dine in and carry out experiences are worth it. One of the best spots in Fayetteville for sushi and Chinese food!!!!!!

My husband and i came here, ordered tiger roll and golden chopstick roll That was DELICIOUS with vegetable fried rice, that was delicious as well. They gave us a lot of rice which is a PLUS for me! Also the sweet tea is amazing! I recommend this place!

The good was great & the portion size was big. Our first time here. Food was good & the service was good too. We will definitely be back again.

I did egg rolls days in a row now. You can taste the ginger in their filling, and I like that. Their wonton soup is also well-seasoned. I make a meal off with just those two items

Overpriced, Chinese food all made from the fryer now! This used to be my favorite Chinese joint, I’ve been eating here since I was a kid and throughout the years, the quality has gone down since they moved. Finally this order is the last straw.My bae ordered the honey chicken and lo mein. I ordered the general tso shrimp, it was just a soggy mess, historically, they never breaded the general tso chicken, I assumed the same with the shrimp. Now I’m sure they bread both to mask the stale meat. The honey chicken was definitely older pieces of refried chicken, it was very unacceptable. Then lastly I called the store, and let the lady know that I was not happy. I was not offered a refund, I’m surely not going to ask. Because I’m not going there anymore, it’s sad how the times are changing.

I celebrated my birthday yesterday in this delicious restaurant. Well we had a magnificent evening and the restaurant was unquestionably the reason for that strong gathering. The stuff cooperated in a lovely way, the cooking was tasty and my buddies were so delighted. We shall no dout come back again for more events. Thank you very much.

My go to spot for local sushi. Always fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The wait times are very long, as others have noted. Still worth it.

We went and ordered 3 Happy Family's (CS5). It was supposed to have all the meats, including a lobster tail for each plate. We asked about it and she admitted that she put in the wrong order and brought us back a lobster tail that had barely been cut in 3 small pieces, instead of one each. She then charged us full price with the receipt saying it was a modify charge.Needless to say, we will NOT be going back.

Order food to be delivered and they got my order wrong. I called back and the woman got smart and said that they usually charge to drive back out. I told her I wish she would charge me for a mess up on their part. It took over an hour to get the right order delivered.

The Golden Chopstix is a very cozy casual mixed Asian cuisine restaurant. I state that because they offered Chinese cuisine and Japanese sushi rolls.We had eggdrop soup with wonton chips and pork dumplings for our appetizer 😋😋The eggdrop soup was EXCELLENT.. It was sooo tasty and flavorful. I also so ordered the HOLY MOLY sushi roll & The Drunken Tiger roll. They were very FRESH tasting and presented well on it's platter😊.. Last but not least was the Almond Chicken (OOOOOOMMMMMMGGGGGG) CRUNCHY,FLAVORFUL,RICE&GRAVY, CRUNCHY ALMONDS.. I really have no other words to describe how delicious this meal is😊 I was so happy when I left (lol) good food will do that to you!! The sweet tea was good too!

Golden Chopsticks is the best! I’m picky about meat and the chicken here is always white breast meat, and the shrimp is always “clean”. They give large portions for a great price plus they deliver very quickly. Highly recommend!!!!

Love the atmosphere, food and sushi bar is very good

I have been coming to this restaurant for over 30 years. The sizzling rice soup is the best. All of my 4 sons were brought here as newborns. We ate here on my way home from the hospital. Love the food. My father in law would say the soup is a poor mans penicillin. Cure what ails you.

The food always tastes very good. I used to eat here very often during breaks. However, the last two or three times I’ve eaten here, the food has made me sick even though I ordered something different each time. I don’t know if something’s changed with their food prep or ingredients. Whatever it is will most likely keep me from returning anytime soon, which is unfortunate because the people are really nice, and the food is pretty tasty.

Miss the old location from the past when we come through. We tried the new and it was very different. Very nice on the inside and food was great. What was off was the service. Everyone was nice but the front counter was managed by a younger family member who I will give credit was doing a good job but as any young person can get quickly overwhelmed as not everyone on the customer side of the counter is right. Just a suggestion to have an adult close by in case something comes up.

Completely overpriced and small portions. Stay away theirs way better places in the area that are cheaper for better quality and quantity.

The food is tasty! My only issue is EVERYTIME I go there and ask them to make something extra spicy, my request falls on deaf ears. It may be a small thing but it feels like they don't even try on that.

They put too many onions in the Mongolian beef!!! Other than that they have great food

I will not say the food wasn’t tasty, bc it was. But WHAT I FOUND IN MY FOOD WAS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR THE DISH. My coworkers and I had to purge, as soon as we seen that Maggot. It’s no telling how many we ate before I seen that one. Never again will I eat there are recommend anyone to eat there. I’m currently detoxing, I put myself on the septic list. I felt some toxicity come into my blood stream that night.

The food and service is great but they are currently closed every Monday which is not accurately shown by Google. I was very disappointed today because I had my mouth fixed for Golden Chopstix 😣.

Cleanliness, very nicely decorated 😍that I took pics to show my Son where I had gotten our Food from ,has a bar with seating area at the bar, floors and table area were clean, customer service was great, seating area while you wait for Take -out order, could be considered Cozy depending on the Occasion 😍... would be an AWESOME place to go on a Date night if that's the type of Asian cuisine you're wanting. Groups I think would be OK❤if allowed. Seating is designed for groups #IJS. Just my opinion 😍... Food was Great💯💯
